Shipping Policy

  • Most orders placed before 1p.m. EST will ship the same business day depending on stock availability.
  • All orders placed on Friday or a holiday will be shipped the following business day.
  • Shipping estimates are calculated in business days (Mon-Fri) and does not include weekends (Sat-Sun) or holidays.
  • Siro Enterprises, LLC. reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.

Lost/Delayed/Damaged Shipments

Siro Enterprises, LLC. is not responsible for any items that may be damaged, or lost by the shipping company (UPS, FedEx, USPS, Etc.). All products and packaging should be carefully inspected upon receipt and any damage should be brought to the carrier's attention. If necessary, purchaser should alert the carrier that a claim needs to be filed for that shipment. Once a claim is approved and processed by the carrier, our shipping department will then ship out a replacement or refund the purchase price. Siro Enterprises, LLC. has no control over the timeliness of the shipments and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

Product Returns

All products may be returned for full credit of the merchandise within 10 days of purchase. The following criteria must be met for returns to be considered.

  • Contact with a representative from our offices must be made within 10 Days of date of purchase. We do not accept returns after 10 days. No exceptions.
  • All returns must have a valid Return Authorization Number (RMA). To receive an RMA please contact us with your Order Number.
  • All returns must be postmarked within 5 business days from the issue of the RMA
